Please always reserve your seat in advance, at least 30 minutes before departure, to avoid mistakes. Without a reservation, the shuttle may not run at the listed times. Arrival times are estimates; the bus may arrive 10–20 minutes later if traffic is heavy.

Reserve at the lobby or by phone at least 30 minutes before the shuttle time.
Be there early
Coming back, be at your pick-up point (City Center, Hua Hin Beach or Market Village) a few minutes before the pick-up time shown. Seats are reserved in advance only.
Allow for traffic
The shuttle can be 10–20 minutes late, depending on traffic.
